Job summary
The Lodging Supervisor is responsible for daily operations and overseeing all Front Desk and Guest Service functions.The position involves handling guest questions, problems, concerns, and needs relating to any activity,
guiding internal and external guests,
assisting the Manager on Duty as needed,
understanding night audit functions,
scheduling weekends and holidays with flexibility.
