Reports to: President today, SVP Ops in the future
Director of Engineering will be responsible for the management and growth of our team of technical architects, engineers, and support analysts.
The ideal candidate must be an established and respected individual who is able to bring prior experience with technical leadership and mentorship to the table to lead the development and ongoing training of staff in the latest technologies.
The candidate must have a proclivity to streamline process improvements, remove redundancies and pave the way for innovative changes to the business.
Successful candidates will have an established history of technical leadership, mentorship, and accomplishment in a high-growth technology company or a similar role.
Top candidates will have the following:1. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing a team of software developers, cloud engineers, and other IT professionals
The salary range provided is a general guideline.
When extending an offer, Innovative considers factors including, but not limited to, the responsibilities of the specific role, market conditions, geographic location, as well as the candidate's professional experience, key skills, and education/training.
This role is also eligible for leadership compensation plan after six months of service which is directly tied to company performance
