Job Description

LHH is hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst for our client located near Coppell, TX on a contract to hire basis. This position requires two plus years' experience with forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze financial data and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports

· Forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, metrics reporting, job set up

· Review actual results for accuracy and makes GL change recommendations to the Accounting Department

· Annual operating plan development

· Assess key financial statement line items and communicates the performance compared to plan, forecast, and prior results

· Performs detailed financial statement analysis and provides comments for improvement of future results.

· Partners with internal business partners to support business decisions

· Apply general accounting knowledge as it relates to month end close analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
2+ years of related accounting or finance experience
Construction industry experience, highly preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Experience with various BI tools; Hyperion knowledge is a plus but not required
Working knowledge of how financial statements are linked together
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
