    Are you a skilled Registered Nurse Professional or LPN?

    Excel Nursing Services is looking for a Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide Instructor/Supervisor to become an integral part of our Homecare Team, where you will collaborate with other like-minded caring professionals with a focus on providing premium care for patients in recovery. Excel Home Nursing Services is searching for a Nursing Instructor to start immediately This is your chance to be part of a dynamic company full-time, or part-time, with a competitive pay rate.

    A Nursing Instructor and will oversee our training and home care services and will perform Registered Nurse supervision and training of Nurses' Aides and Home Health Aides who will then be eligible to take the State Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) exam.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities of the Nursing Instructor:

    · Teaching Courses: Nursing instructors deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and lead hands-on clinical skills labs to teach nursing theory and practice to students.

    · Clinical Supervision: Nursing instructors oversee students' clinical experiences in healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health agencies.

    · Assessment and Evaluation: Nursing instructors assess students' knowledge, skills, and clinical performance using various evaluation methods, such as written exams, skills assessments, clinical evaluations, and simulations.

    · Advising and Mentoring: Nursing instructors serve as academic advisors and mentors to students, offering guidance and support regarding academic progress, career goals, and professional development opportunities.
