DescriptionFunctional Pathways is currently hiring at Mennowood Retirement Community in Newport News, VA for a PRN Physical Therapist.

Functional Pathways has provided world-class clinical services for 30 years, offering therapists the opportunity to work with evidence-based programs across the full continuum of care. Our holistic, patient-centered approach addresses neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal needs, incorporating innovative treatments such as aquatic therapy and non-invasive interventions. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs through our CORE4+ and Wellness offerings, with company-paid CEUs through MedBridge available to full-time and part-time team members to support ongoing professional growth. Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Qualifications- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
