    Customer Service Specialist - Medical Supply | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + 100% Medical Coverage
    Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a career in healthcare customer service? A family-owned medical supply company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and over the phone
    • Assist customers with questions related to medical equipment, orders, and insurance
    • Verify and collect patient information, including insurance coverage and eligibility
    • Accurately enter orders and supporting documentation into the system, including ICD-10 codes
    • Communicate with physicians' offices to obtain required documentation and prior authorizations
    • Collect payments, process orders, and coordinate shipping logistics
    • Maintain clean, organized front desk and service area
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical supply setting
    • Strong computer skills, including data entry and order processing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of ICD-10 codes and medical documentation is a plus
    • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
    • Background check required
