The Human Resources Supervisor will provide human resource support to a large food manufacturing operation. In this role you will be engaged recruiting at both hourly and salaried levels, training, record keeping and providing assistance to the Human Resource Manager. This position will also function as a point of support to the hourly workforce.

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Human Resource Management and at least two years of human resource experience in a manufacturing operation.
• Excellent engagement, training and leadership skills
• Superb organizational and data management skills
