Description
You will manage a computer network defense (CND) risk management program to ensure compliance with an organization's information technology (IT) policies.
You will allocate information technology (IT) project resources (e.g., equipment, hardware, software) to meet IT requirements.
You will resolve desktop configuration issues by troubleshooting operating systems.
You will brief information technology (IT) users on operation of application and support software systems.
You will document system failures to identify trends or problems with incompatible systems.
