Job summary

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and technical understanding to ensure rapid response and minimal disruption during major incidents affecting payment processing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Major Incident Management (MIM): Own the end-to-end lifecycle of major and high-priority incidents.
  • Cordinate rapid resolution of payment gateway outages API failures transaction processing disruptions.
