    Description

    We are seeking a talented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Women's Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing your expertise in plan-of-care intervention, medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care given, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in nursing required
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
    • ACLS is required within 12 months of hire.
    • Current RN license in the state of Kentucky
