The Role
Fidelity Digital Asset Services (FDAS) is a new business unit focused on providing digital asset custody and trading services to retail and institutional clients. The Manager in Custody Operations is responsible for overseeing operational activities such as maintaining accurate records, settling with counterparts, transaction approval reviews, reconciling systems, and developing expertise in digital assets.
To be effective, you will collaborate with Exchange and Custody Operations, Technology Support, Client Support to understand client needs, drive client satisfaction, and share best practices within the FDAS team.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts of 10 hours for 4 days a week.

Responsible for overseeing daily operational activities in digital asset custody, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and enhance client satisfaction.
To be effective, you will closely work with Exchange and Custody Operations, Technology Support, and Client Support to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Through your expertise and dedication, you will contribute as a valuable member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and achieving successful outcomes.
