POSITION SUMMARY:

General Plastics is seeking a Senior Network Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting the network, server room components, and all associated hardware and software used to support the business. The ideal candidate will be able convey a genuine interest in solving issues with their internal customers and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Networking specialist (switching, routing, and firewall configuration - Aruba preferred L2/L3)

· Cyber Security (EDR, SIEM, DLP, NAC, CMMC)

· IT Project Management

· Systems Administration (both Windows and Linux)

· Enterprise server administration including VMWare, Hyper-V and Physical

· Backups (ideally Unitrends)

· Scripting (ideally shell, PowerShell, SQL)

· Imaging (including WDS)
· AD configuration and maintenance (including DNS, DFS, GPO, etc.)
· Assists with vulnerability management program including patching and upgrades

· Other Tasks, as assigned including some helpdesk support

Compensation details: 40-57 Hourly Wage
