Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and maintaining a high standard of care. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal medical care and long-term care services.

• Experience in infection control and maintaining a safe healthcare environment
• Knowledge in medicine and nursing practices
• Experience in long-term care and geriatric nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Current nursing license and relevant certifications
• Experience in overseeing a nursing team and managing healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
