RN, Registered Nurse - Endoscopy GI

Responsibilities:

• Works to the extent permitted by licensure under Pennsylvania Board of Nursing Practice Standards
• Is able to plan and organize their daily assignment and seek out assistance and guidance as necessary
• Follows cost saving measures as directed by the Director of Nursing and Administrative Director/Director of Nursing
• Participates on committees as assigned
• Assists in Quality Improvement activities to ensure high quality of patient care
• Attends at least one In-service per year

Endoscopy Nurse Requirements:

• Nursing diploma or associate degree.
• Demonstrated experience in inpatient care.
• Proficiency using endoscopic equipment.
• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
