    We're looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

    In this role, you will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and boost sales for our early childhood professional development products and services, including the LEARN signature event series, training, membership, virtual events, and bookstore.

    You will be responsible for creating digital content and collateral, conducting customer and competitor research, product positioning, and messaging.


    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop an annual marketing strategy and roadmap for our professional development products and services,

    including the LEARN signature event series, training, membership, virtual events, and bookstore
    Collaborate with Sr. Marketing Specialist and Communications team to develop integrated marketing campaigns for product and service offerings
    Provide campaign performance reports and analysis; Communicate key metrics/outcomes and implement timely optimizations to drive results
    Collaborates with subject matter experts and content leads to concept and produce sales tools and marketing collateral
    Work closely with Sr. Marketing Specialist to write and produce content marketing assets and ensure coordination of all marketing and communications activities across the Product and Innovation division
    Write and edit presentations, talking points for sales and leadership teams
    Coordinate with Media Manager to conduct media outreach on key issues related to the early childhood professional field

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    Minimum of 7+ years of related experience with proven track record developing strategic marketing plans and managing implementation
    Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure impact and inform marketing strategy
    Exceptional writer adept at producing creative and compelling digital content and sales collateral (portfolio required)
    Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
    Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
    Experience with A/B. multivariate testing, analytics platforms and personalization tools
    Proficiency with Google marketing products including AdWords, Analytics and Search Console
    Prior association or nonprofit experience preferred
    Ability to travel
    Spanish fluency a plus

    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising or related field.

    Portfolio required.

    While a minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, robust marketing experience will be valued, considered, and accepted in place of academic credentials.
