    Description
    The WL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
    • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
    • Responsible for service delivery execution.
    • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
    • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
    • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
    • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
    • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
    • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
    • Maintain the required safety training.

The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.
    • At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated annual salary is $ 55K - $76K.

    • 2 to 3-year technical college Associates Degree preferred
    • 2+ years of Wireline experience
    • Must be eligible and able to obtain a Transport Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card for work offshore
    • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
