The Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

CenterWell Senior Primary Care Clinic located at 7551 Youree Drive, Suite 11, Shreveport, LA 71105 is seeking a NP/PA Variable Service Provider who can work 4-5 days a week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for 4-6 weeks. The clinic operates Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This opportunity would suit someone with a flexible schedule who can commit to full-time for this timeframe. Training is provided before working in the clinics. This is a great way to see what CenterWell is all about

Required Qualifications
Use your skills to make an impact

• a Bachelor's degree
• 8 or more years of technical experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Science of Nursing /PA
• Value Based Care or Primary Care experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$150,000 - $206,300 per year
