Experienced Senior Counsel - Media Industry
JDHuntr is currently seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Senior Counsel, you will play a vital role in our content practice by leading the drafting and negotiation of agreements for our film, TV, unscripted, and creative production projects.

Draft and negotiate development agreements, production service agreements, and talent agreements for various content projects.

Collaborate closely with our Production Counsel and Business Affairs team to provide valuable advice on compliance matters and legal clearances.

Conduct legal awareness training sessions for the business and production teams to ensure understanding of legal processes.
Juris Doctor degree with strong academic credentials.
Solid expertise in drafting and negotiating various agreements, particularly in film, TV, unscripted, and creative production.
In-depth understanding of compliance matters and legal clearances in the media industry.
