Description

Dropship Coordinator

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is looking for a Dropship Coordinator. This position is located at the Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan.

Position Responsibilities;

Issue /process purchase orders to vendors after internal order has been provided by the sales team
Match vendor confirmation of purchase/sales order
Will work with vendor / CSR to resolve differences in the purchase / sales order
Issue the invoice to the customer
Receive inventory into the drop ship warehouse and resolve any discrepancies
Clear the drop ship warehouse on a daily basis
Will provide ship dates and follow-up up delivery information to customers when needed
Will assist sales team to verify / update price books
All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements;

2 years of college with an emphasis in Accounting or General Business classes
Energetic and "self-starting"
Excellent written / verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
Knowledge of the Duro-Last Roofing system a plus
Ability to work within deadlines
Customer service experience preferred/desired
