Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the housekeeping/laundry/breakfast team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff/breakfast attendants/laundry attendants to improve performance.
- Train and develop into next level management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality a must.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. Management experience preferred.
