- Manage clients through all development steps, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and software solutions meet business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and design software solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software solution is integrated and compatible with other systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including user manuals, system documentation, and functional specifications.
- Work with the development team to create, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring high-quality code is delivered promptly.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Participate in the Agile development process, including attending daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the software solution aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power platform, and MS TFS is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor others.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Must be a US citizen or have the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5) within a reasonable period.
