    Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to fill the position of Electrical Helper. In this role, you will assist our experienced technicians and engineers in conducting electrical testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at client sites. You will work under the supervision and guidance of senior team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of testing equipment and tools.
    2. Support technicians in performing electrical tests, inspections, and measurements on various electrical systems and components.
    3. Aid in the interpretation of test results and documentation of findings.
    4. Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying potential hazards or deficiencies.
    5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
    6. Help maintain accurate records of test reports, equipment calibrations, and maintenance activities.
    7. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
    8. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
    9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and code compliance requirements.
    10. Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in electrical systems preferred.
    • Prior experience in electrical work or a related field is advantageous.
    • Basic knowledge of electrical principles, terminology, and safety practices.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
