• 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field required
• CPA, MBA or progress towards an advanced degree or designation a plus
• Prior public accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting functions
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Proven success in designing process improvement initiatives or assisting with systems implementations
• Advanced Excel, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or similar systems experience

Compensation:$115,000 to 125,000 + bonus

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
