Job summary
We are seeking a Steward to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including washing dishes cleaning equipment and maintaining sanitation standards.Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize china glass and silver using the dishwashing machine load and unload dishware flatware from dishwashing machine store properly clean and sanitize all ovens steam kettles mixers other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains sinks floors walls clean dust sweep mop polish scrub wash strip buff kitchen pastry shop production areas hallways clean sanitize pots pans utensils correct cleaning rinsing solutions safely setup clean utilize silver burnishing machine place damaged excessively worn pieces designated area repair safely utilize store all cleaning compounds chemicals materials including soaking solution protective clothingQualifications
High school education equivalent experience one year previous experience Steward Dishwasher ability strong communication skills co workers guests successful candidate possess legal work authorization United StatesJob description
