    Job Details:


    • Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required

    • Previous travel experience required

    • Level I trauma experience required

    • Must be proficient with DaVinci Xi robot (bonus points for DV5 familiarity)

    • Must be proficient with robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties

    • Must function independently in all specialties: Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma

    • Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate

    • Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute response time required

    • Weekend coverage: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)

    • Holiday coverage as needed (may be day, evening, or night shift)

    • Floating as needed

    • Maximum 7-day RTO preference

    • Patient ratio of 1:1

    • Care for patients of all ages: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

    • Daily census of 50-60 patients with 18 operating rooms

    • Epic charting system experience heavily preferred

    • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)

    • Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted

    • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility

    • Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, completed before start date)

    This major healthcare facility operates as a Level I trauma center with comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties. The facility features 18 operating rooms and maintains a 593-bed capacity, providing advanced surgical care including robotic surgery capabilities. The organization emphasizes independent practice and requires highly skilled professionals who can function across diverse surgical specialties, excluding open heart surgery and neurosurgery.

    Adex Job ID # Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
