- Provide exceptional customer service and HR support
- Assist with new hire orientation for a positive onboarding experience
- Coordinate job fair activities
- Maintain associate files and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle leave programs and related notifications
- Administer temporary employee conversion process
- Audit and administer monthly HR invoicing
- Organize and deliver employee programs
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR support or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule: Mid Shift, Monday -Thursday, 1:30pm - 12:00am
