Responsibilities include supervising teams to ensure timely execution of work with positive client experience; preparing proposals and cost estimates for proper scoping of services; overseeing daily department operations including staff training, development performance review; utilizing equipment facilities safety oversight project quality management policies procedures;
This role requires monitoring the performance regional teams through site visits safety incident investigation quality audits metrics executing initiatives service line designated region offices monitoring safety quality production regional teams providing recommendations improvement Director Regional Operations leading participating input recruitment interview selection process regional team members managing risk related projects ensuring contracts signed fully executed prior commencing work holding Managers accountable mitigating eliminating risk communicating safety guidelines managers employees promoting continuous quality monitoring improvement projects best practices being followed holding managers accountable standards performing other duties assigned.
