Job summary
Plan and execute qualitative design research including ethnography interviews co-creation shadowing and other field methods Manage end-to-end research programs ensuring high-quality work delivered on time and within budget Lead and mentor research project teams fostering learning creativity strong performance Analyze synthesize research insights into reports presentations visual artifacts journey maps personas ecosystems etc Partner with internal external teams developing evaluating goals met Communicate insights strategic opportunities to design senior leadership compelling presentations storytelling Facilitate sessions workshops translating outputs actionable recommendations Collaborate across consumer marketing UX teams ensure consumer needs shape solutions planning Oversee execution service initiatives pilots processes technology requirements performance metrics stakeholder engagement Performs duties assigned Location Altamonte Springs FL Schedule Full-Time M-F 8-5 PM
