**Banquet & Event Servers | $20+/hr wage & tips - Fargo & Wahpeton Area**

Events Fargo, North Dakota Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$20+ hr Wage + Tips** Brew Restaurants is hiring for part time servers for banquets & events. We have restaurants based in Fargo & Wahpeton, ND along with Perham, MN. The majority of our most upcoming events are in Wahpeton, ND but we are growing our catering services around the area. Most events are on on the weekends, however we have some weekday and weeknight events as well.

We take pride in hearing our guests say that it was "the best wedding food & service they've ever had" Event service is fast & furious, but we always have a blast providing the best guest experience possible

A typical shift looks like the following:

4pm: Fill water goblets & light candles

4:30pm: Guests Arrive/ Cocktail Service

5:30pm Plate Salads / Warm Rolls / Butter

6pm: Serve Salads, Clear Plates, Serve Dinner

In the Meantime: Refill Water pitchers, Check in with Guests, Help with dishes, Help plate, Remove Cocktail Glasses / Beer Bottles & clutter from tables

6:45pm: Coffee / Dessert Service

7pm: Finish Clearing Plates & Keep working on dishes; Polish Silverware & Goblets

7:30pm: Remove any other dinner items: Bread Baskets, Butters, Silverware, Napkins Etc

7:45pm: Break down dance floor tables

8pm: You are done for the night We may keep a few people on longer for cocktail service and cleaning, the majority go home.

Must Have Qualities:

Reliable & reliable transportation

Able to work on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs

Smiling and friendly demeanor

A Well put-together & Professional Appearance

Team-Player Attitude
