The California Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Public Rights Division, Antitrust section in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
The Antitrust section is responsible for civil and criminal enforcement of California's antitrust laws and has authority to file civil actions under federal antitrust law. The section works closely with other states and with federal antitrust enforcement agencies to ensure that anti-competitive and unfair business practices, such as price-fixing, are prevented and stopped.
The Senior Legal Analyst (Paralegal) independently performs a wide variety of the most responsible, varied and complex paralegal duties relating to litigation and investigations.
