    **Position Description:**

    All Material Handler responsibilities. Candidate should have the ability to direct the workforce in order to meet the daily workload requirements, while under the direction of the shift supervisor. Have the knowledge and flexibility to work where needed in order to balance the workforce. Candidates should be committed to making changes as necessary to improve our overall efficiency, be creative in their thinking and be supportive of both fellow employees and supervisors alike. You must be willing to do other duties as assigned.

    Position will assist with training and will assume all training responsibilities when the acting trainer is on PTO.

    All applicants must be able to communicate well with fellow employees as well as supervisors. The ability to make sound decisions and logical movements of personnel is also needed. Applicants must be willing to learn and willing to lead by example, while being committed to the ICARE Shared Principles.

    **Critical Skills**

    Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment

    Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse

    Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures

    Strategic Thinking

    Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space

    Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment

    **Additional Skills**

    Complete understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job.

    Works with limited autonomy and under moderate direction. Routine work requires no direction.

    Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

    Responsible for keeping all inventory in reclamation in the proper drop zones and units

    Pulling expired product for entire warehouse

    **Education:** HS Diploma or Equivalent

    **Physical Requirements:** Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product)
