    ENROLLMENT DIRECTOR

    Providence Catholic School, a college preparatory institution for young women, which is sponsored by the Congregation of Divine Providence, seeks a creative, engaging, and collaborative leader to serve as Enrollment Director grades 6-12.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Organize and supervise the school's application process and recruitment program which includes but is not limited to Student Tours, Open Houses, Middle and High School Visits, advertising/marketing associated with these efforts and meeting with individual parents and their daughters.

    Preparing materials related to the recruitment process: mailing, invitations, slide shows, videos, social media, etc.
    Develop and/or supervise on-campus activities for potential students such as gatherings, games, summer camps, and/or evening events.
    Establish working relationship with all principals of elementary and/or middle schools.
    Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school
    Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church
    Supports and adheres to the policies and procedures of the school and Archdiocese of San Antonio, including the Religious Standards for Catholic School Employees
    Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters

    Adheres to safety training and protocols on a daily basis and takes precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.

    Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.

    Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral Policy is mandatory.

    Additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
    Requirements


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
    Managerial and interpersonal skills and a desire to help people
    Exceptional written and oral communication skills

    Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
    Knowledge of assigned tasks
    Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
    Must have good written and verbal skills.
    Maybe required to work some weekends and nights.
    Required to work a minimum a full school day
    Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
