Responsibilities:
Lead a team building fullstack applications with language models
Uphold ethical standards and prevent misuse
Architect client-side and server-side components
Plan and prioritize features and user stories
Hire and mentor software engineers
Ensure quality through testing and code reviewsIntegrate with third-party services and data sources
Drive roadmaps, business metrics and OKRs
Collaborate with product and research teamsLead a team of top-performing engineers in an ambiguous and evolving environment
You may be a good fit if you:
5+ years engineering management experience
Degree in CS or related technical field
Experience with native iOS/Android development
Passion for developing AI responsibly and safely
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience recruiting, scaling, and retaining mobile engineering talent
Passionate about building a culture of engineering excellence

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
