The HVAC Field Manager is a self-motivated individual who will lead the AC Division and help them to deliver great service to customers We are looking for a professional who can do it all - sales, service installs operations and management This is NOT a desk job Our HVAC Team services installs and maintains both residential and commercial AC systems with efficiency and attention to detail Positive attitude is a MUSTResponsibilities
- Drive the growth development of our growing HVAC division
- Manage team of 3+ Field Technicians
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders following daily travel schedules listening customer concerns performing designated work proactively solving problems
