- Dispatch experience (oilfield or otherwise) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
- Familiarity with Microsoft office programs is necessary (Outlook, Excel/Google Docs)
- Ability to Multi-TaskDuties include:
- Receiving, building, prioritizing and dispatching loads by appointment time, customer and region.
- Data Entry; ensuring all information is entered into our TMS platform along with customer apps and spreadsheets.
- Interact and maintain relationships with our drivers and customers.

Candidate will need to be comfortable with working 12 hour shifts or , and available to work holidays and weekends when needed.
Schedule:
6am-6pmPay: $22/hour + bonusesQualifications:
This position is subject to a background check and drug screen.
Health/Dental/Vision/401K available after 60 days. Bonuses based on KPI's disbursed monthly.
