    Join NUCKOLLS for an Exciting Leadership Opportunity

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our dynamic team. With over a century of experience, we are at the forefront of our industry. This role involves managing a portfolio of 2,000 clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads.

    The ideal candidate will lead a small team, offering guidance and expertise while aiming for continuous growth. As you excel in this role, you will progress into the position of Agency Director, overseeing operations and leveraging our proven systems and processes.

    In addition to a competitive weekly salary (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year), this role offers various responsibilities:

    • Providing top-notch service to our current client base
    • Exploring new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervising team activities and ensuring results
    • Training and mentoring new team members on our established systems
    • Maintaining daily field reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Emphasizing recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis

    The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
    • Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Comfort in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • A genuine passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
    • A community-driven mindset with an eagerness to engage actively
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Additionally, candidates must meet the following licensing requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and reliable transportation
    • A minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
