- Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school in the USA.
- Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or comparable practical experience.
- Active pharmacist licensure in California.
- BLS certification per the Pharmacist Responsibilities in CPR and Code Blue Procedure: Pharmacy Policy and Procedure.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a non-profit 889-bed facility, stands as an acute, quaternary, teaching Level I Trauma Center hospital at the core of Los Angeles, California. The 450-strong Pharmacy Department staff delivers extensive inpatient pharmacy services and operates outpatient services through 2 cancer centers and 3 outpatient pharmacies. Our commitment extends to the education and training of pharmacists, students, interns, residents, technicians, and various healthcare professionals. With affiliations with multiple Schools of Pharmacy and offering PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs, our residency and student practicum initiatives at CSMC are experiencing continual growth. As a per diem hybrid Oncology Outpatient Pharmacist at Cedars-Sinai Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute in Los Angeles, California, you will deliver comprehensive direct patient care to leukemia, lymphoma, and other cancer patients. You will play a crucial role in managing adult patients, overseeing activities such as therapeutic drug monitoring, supervision of sterile compounding, and providing drug information to optimize drug therapy. Additionally, your responsibilities will include participating in the review of research protocols and supervising research medications.
