- NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)
- Minimum 2-3 years of LPN exp in an Ambulatory health clinic
- Clinical Skills, phlebotomy, EKG, POCT, etc. on adult/peds patients
- BCLS certification
- Ability to screen patients and make referrals for services required
- Competency with EMR documentation
- Excellent interpersonal & English verbal/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively
- Timely completion of patient request, follow up, form completion and pre-visit planning
- Bilingual Spanish/Chinese Cantonese preferred.
