- Run credit reports on customers as needed.
- Match accounts payable invoices with receivers.
- Enter accounts payable invoices as needed.

SCOPE: Reporting to the Sr. Accountant of Amarillo Gear Company, the Accounting Intern will help maintain assigned General Ledger accounts with journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with company reporting requirements, assist in the recording of cash receipts and credit card payments, creating customer invoices, and provide general support for the financial and accounting processes of the company.
