AS VP Finance you will lead and grow a lean, high-performing finance team which
oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and tax
Oversee preparation of Financial Statements - P&L, BS and Cash Flow
Work closely with CEO and Executives on strategic initiatives to drive the business
Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and internal controls
Develop detailed revenue, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
financial data; harmonious rhythm for our monthly and annual financial reporting to key
Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Operations, Supply

Liaison with tax accountants, auditors, bankers, insurance brokers, lawyers, etc.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and
Maintain financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Use data to improve decision-making, promote reporting, data sharing, and the
analysis of metrics; translate data into relevant insights and operational
Coach and mentor the Finance team

15+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience
~ inventory purchases
~10+ years of experience in high growth start-ups, investment banking, venture

capital or private equity
~ ERP Implementation and transformation experience is an asset
M&A experience
