    Taylor Agency seeks an experienced Account Manager for our Commercial Lines team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through value-based conversations.


    About the Role:

    This position involves servicing existing commercial business, requiring strong teamwork and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of insurance experience and a SC Property and Casualty license.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Process customer policy changes efficiently.
    • Secure trailing documents from customers promptly.
    • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests thoroughly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person.
    • Maintain knowledge of underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
    • Offer coverage solutions to clients effectively.
    • Utilize AMS 360 or similar systems as needed.

    Requirements:
    • Strong multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
    • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will be provided for the right candidate.
    • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
    • Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
