Critical Illness Recovery Hospital
Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time, Day Shift $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour plus shift differentials for weekend shifts

Responsibilities:
* Ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan by embodying the Select Medical Way, which prioritizes patient well-being, contributing to community welfare, fostering innovation, delivering high-quality care, and upholding ethical standards.

Receiving admissions and transfers to the unit.
Conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
Accurate and timely documentation using designated systems.
Interpreting assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry readings.
Transcribing and processing medical orders with precision.
Demonstrating proficiency in Rapid Response and code events management.
Driving continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
Providing guidance and support to patients and families.

Qualifications:
* Demonstrating empathy towards patient needs to ensure they feel informed, valued, and listened to.
* Having a passion for delivering top-notch care and possessing a problem-solving attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.

Minimum requirements:

Valid State RN License.
BLS certification at hire.
ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.

Preferred qualifications:

Prior clinical experience.
