    Job Responsibilities:

    You will assist licensed care staff in performing various clinical and technical tasks to assigned residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights, and other care-related duties as assigned.

    You will participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notify resident changes of condition as they occur.

    Qualifications:

    • State certification is required.
    • Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
    • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
    • CPR/AED certifications are required.
    • First aid certification is required or must be willing to become certified.
    • Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
    • Basic computer skills or ability to learn.
