    The Senior Finance Manager
    • North America Manufacturing Operations is a direct report to the ISC Finance Director.
    The position has 3 direct reports and is responsible for the financial management of 9 manufacturing locations in North America.

    In addition, you will provide business decision support to the Directors of Manufacturing Operations in North America and their respective leadership teams.


    Specific responsibilities include:
    The manufacturing locations covered by this role include Mequon (WI), Ladysmith (WI), Middleton (WI), Milwaukee (WI), Richland Center (WI), Twinsburg (OH), East Setauket (NY), Devens (MA), and Cambridge (Canada)


    Key responsibilities include business decision support, guidance and oversight of the Plant Finance lead, FP&A processes, financial analysis, and internal controlsFP&A processes include review and analysis of operating results, identification of risks and opportunities, and recommendation of actions to improve overall operational and financial performance of the individual plantsEnsure meaningful business data is being provided to the ISC Leadership Team that helps improve decision making and financial performanceEnsure predictability of financial results by driving effective AOP and quarterly forecasting processesProvide insight on how to optimize inventory levels and achieve Days on Hand (DOH) targets, and ensure robust inventory management processes are in place to minimize inventory shrinkDevelop financial analysis and business cases to support capital investments.

    He/she will work with the leadership team to identify, review, select and implement productivity opportunities and programsDevelop labor burden rates to ensure plant costs are appropriately reflected in product standard costProvide leadership, direction, and support in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing proper internal control policies and procedures for the manufacturing locations within their scope of responsibilityHe/she will have frequent interaction with the BU finance teams to ensure alignmentWork on any special projects as assigned by the ISC Leadership Team or ISC Finance DirectorPartner with the Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I) team and the Digital Enablement Office (DEO) to improve and digitalize plant financial reportingLead and develop the North America plant finance team including performance reviews and career planning to ensure the achievement of ISC and plant goals and objectives, and to help employees achieve their career goals at Rockwell AutomationRegularly visit all plants under their responsibility - estimated 15-20% travelKey Competencies & Other Skills:

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in FinanceLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.


    Preferred Qualifications:
