    Description

    Seeking a part-time remote Business Analyst in Patient Accounts Under the direction of the Director of Patient Financial Services the Business Analyst position will be responsible for measuring analyzing and evaluating data to assist in identifying process improvement and performance opportunities.

    The role requires strong listening verbal and written communication skills.

    A key responsibility includes interactions with key stakeholders and the ability to document and translate business functions' needs into meaningful workflows and performance measures.

    This role requires strong skills in MS Office with an emphasis on Word Excel and PowerPoint programs.
    This position is a 100% remote work opportunity.

    Proof of residency is required in one of the following States (Massachusetts New Hampshire Ohio Michigan or Florida).Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain reporting analytics dashboards and other solutions using tools available.

    Perform data extractions from various internal and external sites with concentrated focus on maintaining data integrity and integration into existing tools.

    Create implement and communicate metrics which will measure data integrity and indicate opportunities for process improvements. Documents workflows and assists periodic assessments
