    Job Description

    The Allison Inn & Spa, the first full-service luxury resort in Oregon wine Country, is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

    The Allison Spa stands out as one of the most refined luxury spas in Oregon. Aligned with the natural beauty of Oregon Wine Country, the philosophy at The Allison Spa focuses on nurturing the whole being. The spa menu incorporates the living energies from the ecological elements of the Willamette Valley, which include fruits, herbs, flowers, water, and the renowned pinot noir grapes.

    Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist: Offering flexible schedules from Thursday to Sunday. Shifts are 7 hours with a 30-minute lunch break. Up to five treatment hours per day with 15-minute turn-overs between services. Current Spa hours are Wed/Thu/Fri 10:30am-6:30pm, Sat/Sun 8am-3:30pm. Rotation of weekend days off is possible.

    Hourly base wage is $15.45. Average pay range per hourly service with gratuities is $72.00. We provide annual hourly increases and offer commission bumps as you progress with us. Services are allocated without bias based on seniority to ensure balanced schedules each day. Additionally, our opulent spa setting offers valuable healthy recommendations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Deliver soothing and effective body massages using an array of techniques and modalities.
    • Administer body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, and hydrotherapy – training provided.
    • Maintain cleanliness, adhere to sanitation standards, and uphold professionalism in treatment rooms after each guest session, as well as in the prep areas.
    • Adhere to established standard procedures and protocols for treatments.
    • Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor consistently.
    • Ensure exceptional, five-star guest service.
    • Complete SOAP charting for each guest.
    • Respect and safeguard guest privacy.
    • Participate in team training initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Hold a valid Oregon Massage Therapy License.
    • Proficient in charting and documenting client prescriptions
    • Skilled in various bodywork techniques.
    • Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
    • Effective communication skills with all team members.
    • Display enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to exceptional guest care.
    • Clean background Check / Drug Screening (excluding THC)

    Working conditions/Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
    • Full range of motion without physical restrictions.
