    About the Role:

    This position focuses on creating new design solutions for precision stamping dies at our Cudahy, WI location, used mainly in the electrical and electronics industries. Responsibilities include developing mechanical concepts, managing designs, and incorporating industry best practices.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Promote Safety as the Top Priority
    • Manage stamping die tool design
    • Utilize CNC programming
    • Ensure high-quality tool designs
    • Support engineering changes
    • Incorporate manufacturability feedback
    • Coordinate data management for tool design changes
    • Provide input for process improvements
    • Utilize time management effectively
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements:
    • Associates Degree or higher in Engineering
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in tooling and stamping design
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC machining
    • Experience with Six Sigma Design Tools preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive and highly organized
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
