General Summary:

The Engagement and Education team is looking for a detailed oriented, self-motivated project management coordinator to join a dynamic product training team that is building and expanding programs in support of Qualcomm's rapidly diversifying business.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of project management. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. As well as prepare a cadence of reports for management regarding the status of projects.

This role will work with both the sales enablement and partner ecosystem teams within the marketing organization to support daily program operations and work across functional teams to drive business critical results.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting business critical functions of the Engagement and Education team members by, including coordinating ongoing engagements with agencies, managing key reporting deadlines, mapping process flows and driving operational improvement within the training and enablement functions.

Managing team structure, workflows and reporting within Workfront
Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Measuring performance using appropriate project management tools and technique
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enable prompt training content creation completion deadlines and requirements.
Providing actionable analytics and supporting recommendations for improvement.

Helping drive the flow of sales resources from marketing and product teams to the global sales organization and third-party sales channels, including working with various sales and marketing software tools for inbound and outbound customer engagement.

Supporting program enhancement projects, managing action plans, and coordinating execution by cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Minimum Qua

lifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qua

lifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Detailed oriented, comfortable working with database tools, capturing technical requirements, and coordinating project plans
Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional leads (IT, sales operations, digital marketing, etc.) and key stakeholders
Experience with project management software tools
3+ years working in a fast-paced, matrixed tech environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Familiarity of Workfront, Salesforce CRM solution and Microsoft SharePoint

$ $59.76 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
