Job DescriptionDescription:

Local Lincoln winery, Wise Villa Winery, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a face-pace, high end restaurant. This is a full-time position and will require nights and weekend availability. The typical hours the kitchen staff works is any where between 9am and 9pm.

Essential Functions:

Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting ingredients, as well as cooking main dishes, desserts, and appetizers.
Plating food to the Head Chef's guidance and standards.
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and in a timely manner.
Cleaning the kitchen and equipment at the end of each shift.
Must be able to cover all stations (salad, saute grill, and prep).

Requirements:

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years experience in a fast pace high-end restaurant
Butchery experience a plus
Pastry experience a plus
