    General Responsibilities

    • Daily data entry of new home buyers billable extras
    • Enter detailed descriptions of builder back charges into corporate database for accurate invoice processing
    • Processing weekly check runs
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, production managers, superintendents, builders and coworkers to ensure accurate data entry

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of data entry experience, preferably in the construction industry
    • Strong ability to organize, follow up, prioritize, communicate well and be committed to providing quality work
    • Must be proficient in basic computer skills that include but are not limited to data entry, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and company software
    • Solid problem solving skills and a willingness to take on new projects with a "can do" attitude
    • Perform the physical demands of the position - working indoors with long periods of time sitting; listening and speaking on the telephone; viewing monitor and workstation
